SHIPPING

Processing Time

• All orders will ship within 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday), unless noted otherwise.
• If you need an order shipped sooner, please email HELLO@EMPOWHERLLC.COM - we will try our best to accommodate.

Estimated Shipping Times

• Delivery of your items will vary depending on your location and designated shipping method. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has shipped.
• Shipping time does not include the turnaround time we need to process your order.
• FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75 (pre-tax).
• LOCAL PICKUP is available for local customers. Once your order is prepped, an email will be sent to you with pickup instructions and confirmation that your order is ready. Orders must be picked up within 5 business days.

Incorrect Address/Returned Mail

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when an order is placed. EmpowHER is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipping of packages returned to EmpowHER can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Lost or Non-Delivered Packages

• Packages marked as delivered, but are "not received" are the customer's responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands it is the property of the USPS and we have very limited information available to us. Please contact your local post office to escalate an investigation on your behalf as we are not able to track down lost packages on our end.
• EmpowHER does not issue refunds on lost packages.

Returns and Exchanges

• To request a return please email HELLO@EMPOWHERLLC.COM within 3 days of delivery date.
• All returns must be in NEW/NEVER WORN condition and postmarked within 14 business days from delivery. Returned orders will be for STORE CREDIT. 
• Shipping costs associated with the order are not eligible for refund or store credit.
• The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping fees.
• Customers will receive a confirmation email once the return is processed - credit will be awarded back to the account/email provided in the original purchase.
