Shipping

We offer two ways to receive free shipping: 

  • Choose the local pickup option at check out to eliminate shipping costs. 
  • Place an order over $75, pre-tax, and you can choose the free shipping option at check out. You can also upgrade for an additional cost.

Our turnaround time is 7-10 business days on most items unless noted otherwise, Monday thru Friday, not including shipping time. Shipping time will depend on the shipping option chosen at check out.

EMPOW/HER is not responsible for postal service or weather-related delivery delays affecting the delivery of your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information to the email entered during checkout.
